Mr. Abdul Khader , under guidance of his father Mr. Abdul Gafer , started his journey from humble town of Kudur, Magadi Taluk, Ramanagara, Bangalore rural in 1974 in business name of KGN Saw Mill. He was able to grow as an enterprise with manufacturing units in Bangalore, Karnataka. With a vision to build an extra ordinary organization that would create a long-lasting value for its customers and business associates.

The company has grown from a small saw mill to a conglomeration of successful individual firms dealing in various fields of timber logs, lumbers, saw mills, packing industry with its central focus on its origin business of timber woods and its products.
